Terms & Conditions
1. Booking, Installation and Payment

​Once the completed agreement is received by KL Property Styling, we will check your preferred installation date and confirm your booking by email and send your invoice/s for payment. If your preferred date is unavailable, we will call you to offer alternative dates as close as possible.

Once your payment is received, your installation date is officially booked.

Payment Schedule: A 50% Deposit is required to book your preferred installation date. The remaining 50% balance is due 1 week (7 days) prior to Delivery and Installation to confirm your installation.​
2. Rescheduling, Cancellations and Refunds

​Rescheduling: Installation dates can be rescheduled by the client without charge if KL Property Styling is given at least 72 hours notice of the rescheduled installation date. This notice must be submitted via email, text message, or phone call.

Site Readiness Delay: Installation postponed upon arrival at the property due to the client not being ready will be charged an additional delivery fee of $400 (including GST).

Cancellation within 48 Hours: Cancellation of services within 48 Hours of your scheduled installation will not receive any refunds.

Cancellation before 48 Hours: Cancellation of services before 48 Hours of your scheduled installation will receive a 50% refund.

Deposit Non-Refundable: The initial 50% Deposit payments are strictly non-refundable.

3. Period of Hire and Property Access

Standard Hire Period: The standard furniture and styling hire period is for a duration of 4 weeks, with an additional 2 weeks complimentary (Total 6 weeks), unless otherwise specified in the written quotation.

Collection Access: The client agrees to provide unhindered access to the property for the removal and collection of all furniture and styling accessories at the expiration of the hire period.
4. Care of Equipment and Damages

Risk Allocation: All styling furniture, artwork, and accessories remain the absolute property of KL Property Styling. Risk in the items passes to the client upon installation.

Damage and Loss: The client is responsible for maintaining the items in the same condition as installed. Any loss, theft, staining, or substantial damage to the styled items during the hire period will be invoiced to the client at full replacement value.

No Alterations: The client or occupants must not move, alter, or relocate heavy furniture pieces once installed by KL Property Styling due to safety and liability risks.
5. Marketing and Media Rights ​

Photography: KL Property Styling reserves the right to take photographs and video footage of the stylized property for marketing, promotional, portfolio, and social media purposes, before and after the staging process.
